files while need to be excluded while uploading extracted zip

Currently glare supports zip file extraction and content upload using below method :

def unpack_zip_archive_to_artifact_folder(context, af, zip_ref, folder_name).

As per the proposed idea, user should be able to exclude the files which is not required to be part of Folder which is a result of zip extraction.
