Glance client should switch to using bufferedhttp like in swift which makes up for missing features in traditional httplib, for eg) buffering http headers, support for 'Expect: 100-continue' etc

I'm not sure what buffered-http is exactly, perhaps you can enlighten me. However, I think the best move for us it to adopt python-requests and ensure the necessary features are there.
