Cinder as the glance store backend support configuration using multipath

When glance uses cinder as store backend, we should support using multipath. Because multiple paths can be shared and used for backup. Generally speaking, cinder useing SAN storage has multiple data paths. Currently, nova and cinder both have supported configuration using multipath. Using multiple paths can increase the upload speed of the image.
