Owner name could be shown in place of owner id

When the image details are retrieved using the "openstack image show <image-id>", the details table contains owner parameter with the value as the tenant_id, it would be better if the value of the owner field contains tenant_name rather than the tenant_id for the ease of identification.

Summary:
Change the tenant_id to tenant_name in the owner field.
