Use sendfile and chunks in python-glanceclient

Client from glance/common/client.py is cool. It uses sendfile function if it is available and it can send chunks of a large file.

python-glanceclient lacks this functionality.

Currently, chunks and sendfile are implemented in https://github.com/aababilov/python-openstackclient-base. python-glanceclient can be switched to it as is done at https://github.com/aababilov/python-glanceclient
