IIUC this blueprint is about ensuring clients cannot upload image locations that contain references to backend-configured credentials. That sort of makes sense.
However, this blueprint depends on a blueprint that needs a bit more discussion after we found some problems with our general approach at the mini summit. So I suppose for consistency this bp must need more info as well.
