Support GZIP Compression for non-image requests

Support GZIP compression for GET requests that may contain a large amount of textual data. This will be the case when XML is supported for GET /images or GET /images/detail requests when the number of results is large.

I don't want this implemented in Glance. You should use a web server to do gzip compression on the fly.
