Add NFS storage support to Glance
NFS-based storages easy to set up, easy to use and extend.
Currently Cinder supports NFS, but NFS backend has not been implemented for Glance.
Glance can currently store images on an NFS backend, but NFS storage is handled the same as local disk. It's desirable for Glance to report the direct_url for images stored on NFS storage, so that clients (such as Cinder) can read the image data directly from the storage backend without placing Glance in the data path and without downloading image from Glance.
So we can not have a full support of NFS in the OpenStak and therefore full-power using devices that support NFS in production clusters (eg. FAS/NAS devices).
