glance api show deleted images

Many times, we want to look up the images we have deleted. Just like the bug report, we can use glance image-list with deleted=true option or create an new api glance --log to show the deleted images.

Traditionally, the existence of "deleted" images has been an implementation detail of the sqlalchemy driver and not something that we want to expose in the api.
