Glance API Extensions

The Glance API should permit extensions in a manner similar to (if not identical to) the OpenStack API 1.1. This will permit users to extend the functionality of the API in a consistent manner without forking the code. Rackspace would use this feature if it were available, since some of the functionality we need has to do with our business operations and is not applicable to more general Glance users.
