Detect image OS and version

Using libguestFS, we can determine the OS Type, Distribution, and Version of glance images, and then add this information to the image's properties metadata to aid in instance placement (Like Windows on Hyper-V), aid in billing (List instances using premium OS) or allow users to see all images of a certain os type regardless of name.
