Refactor glance-cache-prefetcher to use API v2

During Queens release glance registry is marked as deprecated and will be removed during Stein cycle. Glance cache-prefetcher utility uses glance registry to cache the images. It will be good to modify glance-cache-prefetcher utility to use v2 API instead of glance registry.
