Glance api v2 support size verify

Now, glance V1 api can check image size is correct or not. In v2 api, glance image-upload api can receive the ‘size’ parameter . But the process does not verify this parameter. The integrity check of the image is not supported on the basis of the size verification. So, In v2 api , we should support this verify.
In addition, in v2 api image-create also can upload image data by --file parameter. But this api no parameter support input "--size", so v2 api image-create also should support --size parameter.
