Ability to import image properties

Use-case: as a Cloud Provider, I would like to set specific properties to a Windows image which could represent a signature, and useful for licensing requirements.

To do that, I should be able to import an image with user properties included.

Then, a user could reuse the import image in the public cloud, and Glance will be aware about its properties.

This goal seems similar to the effort tracked at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/glance/+spec/introspection-of-images . What particular properties are you hoping to import, and what source can be inspected to provide the values of those properties?
