Reorganize main code

We need to reorganize and restructure the gladexcllbacks file and gladex.py, not just to update the code, but to clean up functions to make it easier to read. For example: the main Gladex program (gladex.py and gladexcallbacks.py) still uses some old methods generated by an older version of gladex.
