Support Ruby code generation through a plugin.

pax: Check out http://ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp/hiki.cgi?ruby-glade-create-template. From this link: "ruby-glade-create-template is a program provided by Ruby/Libglade2. It creates a skeleton .rb file from a .glade file."

2007-08-20: pax: As of last night the Ruby plugin works. There aren't any fancy features like the Python, but it generates code.
