Combine the gladex file with gladex-gui

There are currently two files that one could run to use Gladex. The CLI version is named 'gladex' while the GUI version is 'gladex-gui'. There should be added an option to gladex that would allow the execution of the GUI via a command flag such as; "gladex --gui". This would allow the user to only worry about interacting with a single program. The two files should remain separate and gladex-gui should remain independently executable.
