Integrate gladex into Anjuta

Have gladex be a plugin for Anjuta.

Make gladex a library for the core functionality of code generation - and use a frontend for the UI. in anjuta we could use the code generation library and also in the Gladex frontend, so the code could be shared (the same way glade has a core that can be used from the Glade frontend or from anjuta). This way, alot of dynamic stuff could be done. I'm not sure if anjuta is working with python plugins at the moment; we'd have to talk to Naba.
