GIMP Merging Plugin GUI

Design and implement a user interface for the merging process. At the very leat this needs to allow the user to select images to be used for the merging process. These images should have the exposure time extracted and then the user will have the ability to set this value if it is not correct. Finally it should have the ability to display camera profiles that have previously been computed. This will save computation time as the merging algorithm can be started with a better approximation between the response function.
