Classical image libraries are needed. They are available here ("Complete package, except sources" are good):

* libpng: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/png.htm
* zlib: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/zlib.htm

!!!!! Please, note that the installers has as default install path "C:/Program Files/GnuWin32". Please, instal each lib in its own folder, i.e., C:/Program Files/GnuWin32/jpeg and so on !!!!!

Finally, image libraries are not needed. In order to reduce dependencies, link against wx image libraries.
