Tagging system

Recently many requests were closed as "won't fix" because of low interest or because something with the same purpose already in the repo. On the other hand in my opinion in future Getdeb should include as much available software as possible especially which already included in rpm-based repos. My suggestion is to tag the requests so the packagers could better navigate.
The suggested tags are as follows:
java - for Java-based packages
compiler - for compilers
ide - for IDEs
emulator - for emulators of other hardware
game - for games
office - for office software
srcrpm - has src rpm, included in another rpm-based repo
autotools - equipped with autotools
compiles - compiles under Ubuntu
tested - works in binary form
