Prevent opening of popup menus when using right mouse button

When using right mouse button, contextual popup menus should not appear while I am drawing the gesture.
If I clic right mouse button > open contextual popup menu
If I drag right mouse button > recognize my gesture
This is particularly disturbing with Firefox. Popup menu appears, and keystroke is dispatched within the menu, which does not execute any action.

I added an _experimental_ feature for that in gestikk 0.6 revision 110. It requires python-xlib, and is probably unstable.
