Toggle the visibility of arrows in Overview

As far as I was able to figure out, the arrows are always present in the Overview view and there is no way to turn them off. Often, when displaying weighted edges, arrows tend to grow quite large and obscure the underlying graph. It would be nice to have the possibility to switch arrow display on and off.
