Allow disable of subfilters

Let's say I have an intersection filter composed of 4 filters - it would be nice to be able to toggle on/off subfilters. Currently this behavior can be simulated by moving subfitlers to another inactive subfilter, but it would be a nice feature to have nonetheless. Could be in the UI in the same place as rename / delete in the right click sub menu.

It is now possible to drag a subfilter back to the main tree (it becomes a root filter). That should a good workaround for this blueprint. I prefer avoid to introduce a new enable/disable control to stay simple for newcomers.
