Dynamic Statistics Refactoring
The current status of the dynamic-attr-stats API fulfils its purpose to implement statistics with a fixed window with no overlap. What we want to do with dynamic statistics is to create a new more flexible class that allows for a parametrized offset (a fixed double that shifts windows) and a width (another fixed double that allows us to increment windows by a given time step - the smallest possible interval). To do this we would create a general method that would take a graph as an input, a set of attributes, a width and and an offset. Another element of this rewrite will be to keep the estimators as a component of these statistics. This will be represented as a field in the class that will allow to choose which estimator should be used in the given statistic.
