Support for disabled origins in Sync

Not all SyncML servers supported by SyncEvolution are able to sync all origins. For example, Google is only capable of sync addressbook. At least in version 0.9 of SyncEvolution, it's possible to determine what origins are supported by a server by loading the configuration template for that server. For each origin, there is a field called 'sync' which determine the type of synchronization of the origin. If that field as a value 'disabled', that origin is unsupported in the SyncML server.
