Make Gearman Java testing more automated and thorough

Currently, the Gearman Java testing procedures are a bit limited. The testing framework should be enhanced so that it 1) does not rely on manual dependencies (currently, users must start and stop the gearmand server on there own) and 2) generates code coverage metrics and 3) using automated bug analysis tools such as findbugs
