List settings directly available below list

A small panel should be added on bottom of list. It should let user change common options with an immediate change. For image, it should have option for size, skin (with none as available value) and selection color. For detailed, image size, group field and add count.

This panel will have a small button to show or hide it. Another button can be used to display the full settings dialog window.

Maybe, it could also contain a menu to choose the type of the list.
