Missing dependencies should not be shown when not needed

In help menu, there is a Dependencies item that shows a list of optional dependencies, including missing ones. Some features are provided by other packages and then the missing dependencies is not actually needed.
So it can be misleading for users that may think they are missing something. Dependencies that have an existing alternative should not be displayed as missing but removed from this list.
For Windows users, it's not possible to install new dependencies other than the ones provided with the installer. So it should not be possible for them to display that list.
