We will be changing to using a theme to tie together most of our
performance work to help set the direction and to make the work more
visible. Plan the work for this theme including:
* Current status
* Benchmarking
* Arguments that need to be made to justify
* Areas that may need work
This should tie together our performance hacking time as well so that
we understand the areas by the end of the week.
