The geometry values (width and height of the main window or even all windows ?) should be saved and restored. Furthermore the width of all columns in the main tree view should be saved and restored, too.
And if these columns will be user sortable the order should be saved and restored, too.
This behaviour of course should be enabled or disabled in the prefs system.
