Geo Filter for compute and storage

A geo filter that accesses geo data (either GPS co-ordinates or a json string with country, state, city, street information) from a compute or storage resource, to facilitate geo constraining in the context of compute and storage. Would require database and object model enhancements for compute and storage (object and volume storage) hosts to hold the geo data. The plan is to use Google API for parsing geo data.
