enable maximize windows shadow for use with no hidden dock

as we know when you maximize a window it loses the shadows, I propose that when you select the option to not hide the dock and you maximize a window, that window maximized keep the shadows
because currently the shadow is disabled and makes it looks ugly with the dock
This would improve the Look and feel.
leave some screenshots of how it is now, and as it would if it showed the shadows,
