Disable windows magnet in Gala

I don't think it's a Gala or GTK thing, but I'd like to see disabled "windows-pin" in elementary. When I drag a window over desktop where are the other windows - current one "pins" to other and it looks "laggy" for me. I don't know if you understand what I mean...
