Re-implement Alt+Drag

In several other window managers, like Compiz, there was a feature - if you hold Alt (or whatever key you set in Compizconfig), you can drag the window as if you held it on title. It saved the day when window title got stuck outside the screen, and saved a lot of time as you don't have to aim for the title.
As awesome as Gala is, I miss this feature.
