Ability to stop deployment on UI
In some cases, a user may wish to stop the deployment of the OpenStack environment. The potential reason for wanting to do this is typlcally that the the user realizes that a mistake was made during the definition phase of deployment (e.g. the user chose nova-network instead of Neutron) and wants to stop the deployment and start over. To address this situation, a "Stop Deployment" button needs to be added to the Actions tab to stop the deployment.
