Trace user/QA actions

Registered by Vladimir Kuklin

In order to simplify debugging, we need to trace all the API calls and shell commands run on the environment and present them in chronological order. Thus it will be far much easier to identify the cause of problem both for deployers, developers, QA guys and users.

We can use https://github.com/openstack-infra/elastic-recheck to find the known bugs and link them to the launchpad bugs, automatically collect statistic of known/new bugs,
and extract information about API/shell command sequences from the logs.
Collected info could be detailed to single events of OpenStack components and provide these events in chronological order, starting from execution the API/shell command and until receiving the error or success.
