Testing rpm and deb packages via fuel deploy
After building packages of gerrit change request, need testing packages use fuel deploy
1. if packages use on master node, need building iso
2. if packages use on nodes , need update fuel repository of master node and deploy cluster
Parameters for deploy (ubuntu+ha+neutron, centos+ha+heat and etc) specified in test case.
