Create set of VBox scripts for Windows without Cygwin

A much more common request that I receive is to support an evaluation option on Windows – even if still using VirtualBox. Were we to put resources into another evaluation option for Mirantis OpenStack, I’d suggest we put effort into a more native Windows option (I.e. not requiring Cygwin).
