Develop as small as possible docker base image

Our base centos used for containers is really huge. It looks like a lot of packages are built with extra config flags and dependencies.
We need to analyze which libraries we do not need in containers and shrink all the containers to be as small as possible to avoid performance problems and provide better user experience.
