User-defined provision/deployment data can be set for the whole cluster only.
User experience can be improved by adding the following abilities:

1. Set user-defined provision/deployment data for particular node (via API).
2. Remove user-defined provision/deployment data for particular node (via API).

This BP can be considered as an enhancement to the resolution of following bugs:
