Ability to place nova-compute for vCenter on a separate node

Fuel 5.x and 6.0 are able to run nova-compute service for vCenter on Controller nodes only. VMWare suggests to run the service on a separate node which should be placed in the same vCenter.
I propose to add in Fuel an ability to place nova-compute services (used to communicate with vCenter) to not only on Controllers but other nodes too.
