Logic for roles sort on UI is required

Currently, if I have controllers, computes, and controller+

- controllers
- combination of controllers.
As common OpenStack env will have 1-3 controllers, I would always bring them to the top of UI, as well as any other combinations of them with other roles. Logic can be discussed for other roles, however the idea is simple: if I have 3 nodes of some role, and 100 of another, I would love to see those 3 on the top - as otherwise they are lost in a long list.
