Puppet noop run for Fuel puppet deployment tasks
As a cloud user I want to check all customizations applied to my Fuel cluster before environment re-deployment, update or upgrade. I should be able to check differences for my customized deployment with deployment applied by Fuel. Noop run for all puppet tasks will show changes applied to puppet resources.
