2. Open all packaging CI processes for community
3. Acceptance criterias:
- Public access to build logs of packages.
- Get the system working without degradation.
- Configuration of jenkins jobs through JJB.
- Public packaging CI dashboard and documentation for it (need dusciss and investigate).
