Create handy tool for pre-define user passwords for openstack services

There are many deployments where used ldap or AD as single backend for number of clouds. In this case we must use the same passwords for service users in all of them (in configuration files), but currently there is only one option how to pre-define passwords, like bellow:
fuel --env 11 deployment default
<edit ALL files>
fuel --env 11 deployment -u
It would be great to have more convenient way via web interface.
