Pre deploy validation

Need to have a feature which allows boot of flash or CD for a strip down version of fuel
with extended validation of the environment:
1) network checker, network discovery
2) server discovery, server device probe, identification of unsupported devices
3) IPMI probe
4) external connectivity and other dependency probe. If you need NNTP, SMTP, DNS other services probe for them
5) pass or fail report and all information captured by the tool

Key to this process is ability to capture and test all of the information prior to installing any bit on the local disk
