Implement deletion for failed nodes

User should be able to delete a failed node from the environment when the node is not present anymore, which should reconfigure the environment to remove all references to the failed node from the cluster - meaning it should be removed from Corosync, Galera, and all OpenStack services such as Nova, Swift, Ceilometer, etc, and also Ceph.
AFAIK the current implementation allows deploying a new node but the old one will be still referred by the cluster and clean up is tedious.
