Fuel for OpenStack

Rpm/deb packages for tasklib

Registered by Dima Shulyak

In order to automate development and testing activities for granular deployment feature
we need rpm packages for tasklib [1]. Which is already packaged as gem.

Until we reach consensus on language/api/package name it will be stored in custom repository
and then it will be moved to stackforge/fuel-tasklib
