Package upgrade test

To facilitate patching story, we must be sure that new packages built on our infrastructure can be used to safely update corresponding packages in existing repositories.
This shall be a trigered Jenkins job.
this Jenkins job will try to update previous version of package up to version mentioned in patchset.
Logic of the Job:
1. Find previous version of the package on mirror. If not exist - exit.
2. Install previous version of the package with dependencies.
3. Update package from patchset.
4. If all goes without errors and update successfully, then "+1"
